Communications Strategies

FSAP recommends creating a communications strategy for any and all agencies that the entity may need to contact:

• Identify potentially impact parties (internal and external)
• Communicate issues with public health authorities
  • Examples of the public health authorities to contact
  • Contact info for State Department of Health and/or State Veterinarian
• Responding to public questions and concerns
